This means if a property gets a bid within the last 5 minutes of the sale, then the property automatically extends for 5 minutes. For example, if Sale 2 gets a bid at 1:59PM day of auction closing, then it will extend to 2:04PM, and so on, until all bidding is exhausted. This closely mimics a Live Auction. Once all bidding is exhausted, and no more bids are received, then the time will tick down to zero, and the auction will close and the top bidder will be awarded as the winner of the auction. There is also an "extend all" feature enabled on the real estate. If properties WITHIN THE SAME CATALOG get extended, then all will extend.
