Tract 1 has 32.09 acres with 203.11 feet of Middle Creek Rd. frontage. Includes old barn, some nice creek bottom land at front and gorgeous ridgetop building sites. This large acreage tract has a beautiful spring fed mountain stream along the boundary of tract 2 with small, attractive waterfalls. 

As noted on the map, there is a joint use right of way along old driveway and extending a short distance up tract 2 boundary to give good access to this tract. Also see on topo map an nice, flat ridgetop found in the middle of tract. This ridge was farmed many years ago.

Most of tract 1 is forest with some beautiful hardwood trees, Smoky Mountain wildflowers, and lots of lush vegetation. 

Tract 2 has 45.63 acres, our largest tract, and it is loaded with fantastic Smoky Mountain atmosphere! Many very nice ridgetops with mountain views, huge, majestic hardwood forest, cozy "mountain hollers", and a large spring (noted on map). Several small, bubbling streams on this tract! 

A look at the topo map and you will see a long, very nice ridgetop with lots of good laying land and many prime building sites. Some of the back ridges have outstanding views of Mount LeConte and the Great Smoky Mountains. 

Tract 2 has the Old Patterson Homeplace (no longer standing), and there is an older mobile home in poor condition. Notice the old antique horsedrawn hay rake next to the big spring. This is a beautifil tract!
